WATCH: Mark Levin Weighs In On Trump Indictment: ‘Alvin Bragg Should Be Disbarred’

Mark Levin, a conservative lawyer and host of the show “Life, Liberty, & Levin” was phone interviewed by Sean Hannity, a Fox News host, to weigh in on the news of Trump’s pending indictment. Donald Trump, the likely candidate of the Republican Party for 2024, allegedly stands accused by Alvin Bragg, the District Attorney of Manhattan, of using his hush money to Stormy Daniels as an illegal election campaign contribution. Benny Johnson, host of “The Benny Show” selected some of the powerful utterances by Mr. Levin to quote tweet.

Mr. Johnson posted that “Mark Levin goes NUCLEAR after Trump indictment: ‘Alvin Bragg should be DISBARRED… It’s time for the Republican party to understand…that this is a war on Conservatism and MAGA… They have crossed the Rubicon into TYRANNY. America: You are looking tyranny in the FACE.'”

The selected video of the interview with Mr. Levin has him say “Every Republican in the country…must circle the wagon and defeat the Democratic party…These cases that they [Democrats] are bringing [against Trump] in Democrat cities with Democrat grand juries with Democratic judges…this is a battle that the Democrat party has now dragged the country into tyranny. That is what they have done. They want to change the election rules so that can’t lose, the borders are wide open, they don’t enforce the law, they want to pack the Supreme Court, they want to pack the Senate…now they want to decide who the Republican nominee for president will be.”

Mark Levin continued by describing the Democratic party as “the party of Stalin…this is a party that is out of control. Their DAs are out of control. Alvin Bragg should be disbarred…the DA in Atlanta should be disbarred…It is time for the Republican party to understand that this is a war on the party…on conservatism and MAGA. It is an effort to ensure that Donald Trump can never be president again. Look, he is the leading nominee right now in the polls!”

Mr. Levin then asked “Have you ever heard of a local DA bringing phony charges against a possible nominee of the opposite party? The only person this benefits…[is] Joe Biden! That is it!” Mr. Levin continued to denounce the indictment as a Rubicon moment and as an act of tyranny thrown in the face of the Republican party.

Conservative pundit Glenn Beck took a similar attitude to rally around Mr. Trump in the face of the news of his indictment. Mr. Beck commented on Fox News‘s Tucker Carlson Tonight that “Donald Trump is not even a person anymore. He is a symbol. He is a symbol of the average, everyday guy that keeps getting screwed every single time [and who] watches other people screw up big banks, screw up their companies and get away with it.”

He added that “[t]hey see people all the time doing stuff that they know if they did, they’d be in prison for 20 years. But because they’re not part of the elite, they get away with it. Donald Trump has taken arrow after arrow. This guy has been taking the bullets for the average person now for years. And people on the right feel like he’s the only guy that really gets what the people are feeling. And it’s not going to end well for the Democrats in the next election.”

Mr. Beck ended his speech by lamenting that “The Bill of Rights is gone. Nobody is paying attention. Where are the Republicans? Where are the decent Democrats that can see this is insanity?”
