‘Total Disarray’: Trump Issues New Statement on Bragg’s D.A. Office as Case Likely to Fall Apart

On Thursday afternoon, 45th President Donald Trump issued a new statement on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) whose case against Trump begins to fall apart as the weak legal framework undergirding the case has come into question.

“Total disarray in the Manhattan D.A.’s Office,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Tremendous dissension and chaos because they have NO CASE, and many of the honest people in the Office know it, and want to do the right thing.”

“They think back to the Late, Great, Bob Morgenthau, the best ever, and know what he would have done,” Trump explained, adding, “JUSTICE FOR ALL!”

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, chaos was reigning in the District Attorney’s office and doubts were being raised about the wisdom of bringing their weak case forward.

Sources within the office told The New York Post that Bragg was concerned following the testimony of former Cohen lawyer Bob Costello on Monday which could lead to the grand jury voting against an indictment.

“The only thing I’m doing is trying to tell the truth to the grand jurors because I read all these lies in the media that are being promoted by one side,” Costello said to the press following his testimony. “Listen if they want to go after Donald Trump and they have solid evidence, so be it. But Michael Cohen is far from solid evidence.”

CHAOS REIGNS WITHIN DISTRICT ATTORNEY ALVIN BRAGG’S OFFICE AS GRAND JURY HEARINGS AGAINST TRUMP POSTPONED, ASSISTANT D.A.’S ‘SHAKING THEIR HEADS’

“I wouldn’t have touched a guy like Michael Cohen, especially if he’s a convicted perjurer,” added the former deputy chief of the criminal division in the Southern District of New York.

“There can be no doubt in anyone’s mind that Michael Cohen has great difficulty telling the truth,” Costello explained, as reported by Fox News Digital. “He is, after all a convicted perjurer, and our track record with Mr. Cohen convinced us that he was a serial liar.”

“As might be expected, Mr. Cohen’s lies were always uttered in a way that was beneficial to himself,” Costello explained. “When it was in Mr. Cohen’s personal self-interest, he was capable of telling the truth, but those occasions were few and far between.”

Due to the innate weakness in the case and Costello’s testimony, assistant district attorneys are reportedly “shaking their heads” about Bragg’s judgment in bringing the case.

”They don’t understand how this case is going forward,” the source said. “These ADAs are not fans of Trump but they are professional lawyers and know the law.”‘

In addition to this, Fox News cited two sources as relaying that “the grand jury was canceled amid ‘major dissension’ within the district attorney’s office. One source claimed the district attorney is having trouble convincing the grand jury on potential charges due to the “weakness” of the case…Sources told Fox News, though, that there remains a real chance that Bragg does not choose to indict the former president.”

The case against President Trump is innately weak and Bragg’s political persecution of Trump is apparent. The case should be dropped immediately.
