More Biden Classified Documents Discovered: Nine Boxes Taken From Office of Biden Attorney

Joe Biden continues to be in hot water over classified documents as even more documents were found after dozens were discovered at his house and his office at a think tank earlier this year. According to Fox News, a total of nine boxes were taken from Patrick Moore’s, Biden’s attorney, Boston office. These documents that were taken were, according to the National Archives, not reviewed. This disclosure was provided to Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IO) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) in a response letter by the National Archives.

As noted by Fox News, “The Archives had not previously publicly disclosed the number of boxes taken from Boston. It had been reported that Moore had shipped boxes of documents from the Penn Biden Center to his Boston office before discovering the initial trove of classified documents at the Washington, D.C.-based think tank.”

The letter itself disclosed “When NARA [National Archives and Records Administration] contacted President Biden’s personal counsel on November 3, 2022, to arrange to pick up boxes from the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., they informed NARA that Mr. Moore had moved other boxes from the Penn Biden Center to Mr. Moore’s law firm in Boston.”

NARA then said it received nine boxes of documents from Moore’s office in November. Yet, curiously the Archives have not yet reviewed the content of these boxes to see if additional classified marked material is there.

As the DC Enquirer previously reported classified marked documents have been found in at least two locations. One was in Biden’s unsecured office in the Penn Biden Center while the other batch of documents were found in Biden’s poorly secured garage in his Delaware home.

President Biden even joked about the latter find when Peter Doocey, a Fox News reporter, asked him about it. Biden’s exact remark was “I’m going to get the chance to speak on all of this [the findings of improperly stored classified documents], God willing it’ll be soon, but I said earlier this week — and by the way, my Corvette is in a locked garage. It’s not like it’s sitting out in the street.”

As noted by the same DC Enqurier article on the matter: “The Biden classified documents were surely unsecured in his garage. The security of these documents would seem to be a far cry from the closet at the Secret Service-protected Mar-a-Lago residence of former President Donald Trump. A closet that was monitored 24/7 and secured with a lock installed by the Secret Service.”

All of this begs the following questions: why hasn’t the National Archives reviewed the contents of the boxes it received in November and when will they?
