A new poll released by Texas Scorecard shows Donald Trump dominating his Republican opponents in the Texas primary -- and his polling lead is truly tremendous.
The poll, conducted from June 28-30, demonstrates what we already knew -- this it's Donald Trump's race to lose. The poll found that Trump grabbed 51 percent of voter support. Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) followed far behind with 19 percent of voter support. No other candidate was able to draw even 6 percent support, with former Vice President Mike Pence managing a five percent poll number.
When the poll narrowed the field to the two top competitors -- Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis -- the results were not much better for the Florida governor. While DeSantis has 32 percent of voter support, Trump's own overall number went up to 53 percent support. As such, it does not appear that the presence of other candidates in the field is hurting the 45th president at all.
This follows the trajectory of several recent polls showing Trump dominating DeSantis nationwide. A recent YouGov/Economist poll found Trump with a significant edge over DeSantis across our great nation.
"The poll, which covered the period from June 24th-27, found Trump with a 12-point lead over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL), long considered to be Trump's strongest competitor in the Republican presidential primaries. But so far, DeSantis has yet to get his campaign off the ground," the DC Enquirer previously reported. "While the primary process has yet to heat up, so far, the Republican primaries are clearly Trump's to lose. While Trump grabbed thirty percent of the vote, DeSantis only managed to draw 18 percent of the vote in a hypothetical head-to-head heat."
That poll also found Donald Trump dominating Joe Biden in a hypothetical 2024 presidential election -- demonstrating that the MAGA movement is alive and well all across the country. As the DC Enquirer previously reported, "While 40 percent of voters supported Joe Biden, 44 percent of voters supported Donald J. Trump. Even more impressively, 41 percent of voters expected Trump to beat Biden in the 2024 presidential election -- regardless of their opinion on Trump personally. Only 39 percent of voters expected Biden to beat Trump."
That last number is impressive because it highlights the on-the-ground findings of everyday Americans -- regardless of their political persuasion. Even people who are not fans of President Trump know that his movement still lives in the hearts and minds of millions of Americans -- and that spells trouble for Joe Biden and the radical Democrats.

We miss the low taxes and low unemployment rates and low gas prices he gave America, to to mention boarder security...A.erica wants this back and Trump is the only one who can do that.
