Trump Told Letitia James To Her Face She ‘Doesn’t Have A Case’ In Unsealed Deposition, Touts Saving Millions Of Lives

On Wednesday, far-left New York Attorney General Letitia James unsealed 479 pages of leading 2024 presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump’s closed-door deposition from April 13.

James released these transcripts ahead of a September 22 hearing where James has urged Judge Arthur Engoron to issue an immediate verdict supporting her accusations that Trump and his company defrauded banks and business associates by inflating his net worth by up to 39 percent, or more than $2 billion.

The seven-hour-long deposition was between Trump, Trump’s lawyers, and James’ lawyers.

During the deposition, Trump told James to her face, “You don't have a case and you should drop this case."

“So many things I did for this city... and now I have to come and justify myself to you,” Trump added.

When asked if Trump was the “ultimate decision-making authority for the Trump Organization,” Trump said, "My son Eric is much more involved with it than I am.”

“I've been doing other things," Trump said. "I guess you could say on something major, final decisions, whatever. But I've been much less involved in it than over the last five or six years than ever before,” Trump added.

“I considered this the most important job in the world, saving millions of lives,” Trump said.

"I think you would have nuclear holocaust if I didn't deal with North Korea. I think you would have a nuclear war if I weren't elected. And I think you might have a nuclear war now, if you want to know the truth,” Trump powerfully explained.

In a $250 million September 2022 lawsuit, James sued Trump for supposedly inflating his net worth and sought to ban Trump from doing business in New York.

During Trump's testimony, he said the Trump Organization has over $400 million in cash, his Palm Beach club Mar-A-Lago is worth over $1.5 billion, and his Miami golf course is worth $2 billion to $2.5 billion. Trump said he could easily sell his Scotland golf course "for a fortune."
