'A Spectacular Day For Donald Trump': Megyn Kelly PRAISES Trump For Making Modern Supreme Court Following Landmark Rulings

Popular conservative radio host Megyn Kelly is giving praise to 45th President Donald Trump after the judges appointed by the then-president made numerous landmark rulings involving affirmative action, reinforcing First Amendment rights, and stopping Biden’s student loan madness.

“A spectacular day for Donald Trump whose three conservative picks for SCOTUS were integral to the historic decisions yesterday and today. Major feather in his cap and will likely (& rightfully) be touted by his campaign in coming months,” the right-wing personality tweeted out. 


Kelly is exactly right as the three judges appointed by then-President Donald Trump have presided over numerous landmark cases in their so-far short tenure. From striking down federal protection on abortion rights to student loan forgiveness, it may not be crazy to claim the current Roberts court is one of the most influential in American history.

The power for conservative voices in the Supreme Court entirely comes from Trump being able to put three different judges in the court, making it a 6-3 conservative majority. 

Trump celebrated the end of affirmative action on Thursday, writing on his Truth social account, “This is a great day for America. People with extraordinary ability and everything else necessary for success, including future greatness for our Country, are finally being rewarded. This is the ruling everyone was waiting and hoping for and the result was amazing. It will also keep us competitive with the rest of the world. Our greatest minds must be cherished and that’s what this wonderful day has brought. We’re going back to all merit-based—and that’s the way it should be!”

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in the Court's opinion in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College that, "For the reasons provided above, the Harvard and UNC admissions programs cannot be reconciled with the guarantees of the Equal Protection Clause," the court wrote. "Both programs lack sufficiently focused and measurable objectives warranting the use of race, unavoidably employ race in a negative manner, involve racial stereotyping, and lack meaningful end points. We have never permitted admissions programs to work in that way, and we will not do so today."

"[T]he student must be treated based on his or her experiences as an individual—not on the basis of race," the court explained in its conclusion. "Many universities have for too long done just the opposite. And in doing so, they have concluded, wrongly, that the touchstone of an individual’s identity is not challenges bested, skills built, or lessons learned but the color of their skin. Our constitutional history does not tolerate that choice."

It’s essentially impossible to deny the profound effect that Donald Trump has had on American politics, paving the way for conservatism to rise from the ashes after it tumbled down during the Obama administration. Hopefully, Trump can return in 2024 and have another four profound years with great positive effects on the country.
