AGs Across America Rally Behind Trump, Against Politically-Motivated FBI Raid

Attorneys General across the country are rallying behind Former President Donald Trump in the wake of the unprecedented federal witchhunt the authoritarian Left is waging against him. AGs Ken Paxton and Ashley Moody make up two of the eleven-membered American Attorneys General taking part in a general brief opposing the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s raid on Trump’s Mar-A-Lago home in early August of this year.

In the brief, the AGs unequivocally denounced the raid, calling it a “ransacking.” The efforts made by the brave leaders from various states came after the Department of Justice, which put the raid into motion, appealed a judgment made in court to block the DOJ from viewing the classified documents confiscated in the raid at the former president’s home.

Texas AG Ken Paxton, who has remained an avid fighter for the America First movement, released a statement commenting that “Joe Biden’s commitment to weaponizing the DOJ to go after political opponents should deeply concern all Americans,” he continued “Given Biden’s track record, combined with his rhetoric demonizing anyone he disagrees with, the courts must be on high alert to the ways in which DOJ may abuse its power to punish President Donald Trump. At a bare minimum, the Eleventh Circuit should ensure that any privileged information taken from President Trump is returned and the special master stays in place.”

AG for the state of Florida, Ashley Moody questioned the FBI’s raid in a statement a month ago, asking, “Why this was necessary? Why this had to be done in a raid fashion as opposed to subpoenas? Why a search warrant? I mean, these are very important issues and I think this needs to be done immediately.” Moody also referenced that the American people should be able to “expect the FBI will treat everyone the same, every case the same,” which isn’t happening following the significant effort on behalf of Biden cabinet members to publicly ostracize a former president for what many only assume is to earn political capital.

President Trump isn’t backing down either. In a post on his social media platform TruthSocial, Trump said, “The Radical Left controlled NARA (the National Archives and Records Administration), now becoming more famous than ever, placed a “Harmful Content Warning” on The Constitution of the United States, labeling our Country’s governing document as “harmful,” among other things. This Warning includes the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence.” He concluded, “Remember, this is the group wrongfully complaining about me—and instigating the Raid on Mar-a-Lago.”

Many agree that the radical leftists currently in control of important government agencies are helping facilitate the Biden Administration’s  weaponization of government.
