AmericaFirst Republicans Jump to Defend Trump After Indictment Is Reported

In the minutes following a New York Times report announcing the indictment of former President Donald J. Trump, prominent voices amongst America First Republicans have rushed to Trump’s side rhetorically speaking.

Republican Congressman Paul Gosar of Arizona took to Trump’s Truth Social platform within moments of Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida announcing their support.

Gosar quickly criticized the Manhattan District Attorney linked to Democrat mega-donor George Soros writing, “This is third world politics from a Soros DA who needs to be investigated. This is clear and brazen political persecution. I proudly stand with Donald J. Trump.”

Gaetz posted, “President @realDonaldTrump always fought for us. He puts the American people above corrupt interests. For that reason alone, the powerful will never stop coming for him.
A majority of Americans know Alvin Bragg’s witch hunt is a politically motivated prosecution. I continue to stand with President Trump as he has always stood with us.”

As reported previously by the DC Enquirer, the as-yet-unknown charges will likely surround highly dubious allegations that Trump paid hush money to Former Porn Actress Stormy Daniels and rest on novel legal theory.

REPUBLICAN SENATOR CALLS ON SOROS-FUNDED MANHATTAN DA TO GO AFTER CRIMINALS, NOT DONALD TRUMP

This marks the first time a former President has been criminally charged in American history. The New York Times reports the indictment will be announced in the coming days.
