'An Absolute Abuse Of Power': J6 Defendant Recounts Horrifying FBI Raid In Viral 'Police State' Clip

Over the weekend, conservative commentator, filmmaker, and author Dinesh D'Souza released another exclusive clip of his upcoming blockbuster film 'Police State' to his millions of followers. The clip, which recounts an FBI raid on an elderly New Yorker, caught the attention of other January 6th defendants who also recounted their experience with the Bureau.

You can purchase tickets for the film here for showings on October 23rd and October 25th. You can also visit the documentary's official site here

The film, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer, has already sold out in a number of theaters, so be sure to get tickets before time runs out.

The exclusive clip features an interview with an elderly New Yorker who was raided by the FBI despite never having gone to the Capitol on January 6th. In the clip, multiple FBI agents can be seen, via a hidden camera, bursting through the man's apartment with a battering ram and riot shield. Similar instances took place across the country as the FBI went after those who were present at the Capitol on January 6th.

One such J6 defender, Brandon Straka, took to X/Twitter to recount his experience with the Bureau in 2021. "In the early morning of January 25th I jumped out of bed and went running to my door because a team of FBI agents in tactical gear were pounding so loudly I knew that they were about to break my door in if I didn't respond within seconds," Straka wrote.

"Before they came to raid my apartment that day to arrest me and seize all of my electronic equipment, they already knew for fact that: 1. I never entered the Capitol. 2. I didn't engage in any violence. 3. I didn't engage in any vandalism, theft, or destruction. 4. I wasn't involved in any planning of a riot or any attack of any kind. 5. I had no criminal record. 6. I was a well known political public figure with hours and hours and hours of available footage on the internet of my activism and advocacy work which always called for a pursuit of bringing Americans back together to a place of peace, civility, and unity," he explained.

"None of this was ever necessary, and they knew it," Straka continued, adding, "This was an absolute abuse of power, simply because they could."

As outlined on policestatefilm.net, the film is set to release to theaters across America for showings on October 23 and October 25. There will also be a virtual screening later in the month, on October 27.

The film, produced by D'Souza Media LLC, focuses on the weaponization of the judicial system against conservative and Christian Americans.

"'Police State' is a movie that I never wanted to make, because I never wanted America to get to a point where a movie like this needed to be made," D'Souza says about his film on its website. "I feel like the animal that alerts the herd to approaching danger, so we can take precautionary steps before it's too late."

The documentary was made in collaboration with conservative commentator and former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino and features actor Nick Searcy.

"The police state isn't coming, it's already here," Bongino said. "The signs are everywhere. And once you recognize them, your senses will be heightened to the danger we're all in."

"The relentless persecution of political opponents by the party in power is a hallmark of totalitarian countries," Searcy added about the current state of political persecution in America. "In a police state, the only real crime is daring to question the State. America is now a police state."

The documentary includes interviews with prominent conservative leaders including Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), former Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and others.
