Just a week after whistleblower Gal Luft came out against the Biden family to expose them for illegal bribery schemes that took place during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president, the U.S. Attorney's Office has announced charges against the Israeli dual-citizen.
Luft previously provided the New York Post with a video where he makes his claims on the Biden's deep-rooted corruption. He also claims that he was placed under arrest in Cyprus to prevent him from testifying before the House Oversight Committee, per the DC Enquirer. Luft had also worked with the Chinese CEFC and claimed that during that time he witnessed the bribery scandal happen firsthand.
“I, who volunteered to inform the US government about a potential security breach and about compromising information about a man vying to be the next president, am now being hunted by the very same people who I informed — and may have to live on the run for the rest of my life on the run,” he said to the New York Post.
And there is clearly a good reason why he would need to be on the run as formal charges are now being leveled against the whistleblower. On Monday, the U.S. Attorney’s General Office announced the charges. Damian Williams is the U.S. Attorney for the South District of New York and is one of the lawyers representing the United States in the case.
“As alleged, Gal Luft, a dual U.S.-Israeli citizen and co-head of a Maryland think tank, engaged in multiple, serious criminal schemes. He subverted foreign agent registration laws in the United States to seek to promote Chinese policies by acting through a former high-ranking U.S. Government official; he acted as a broker in deals for dangerous weapons and Iranian oil; and he told multiple lies about his crimes to law enforcement,” Williams claims. “As the charges unsealed today reflect, our Office will continue to work vigorously with our law enforcement partners to detect and hold accountable those who surreptitiously attempt to perpetrate malign foreign influence campaigns here in the United States.”
The FBI Assistant Director in Charge Christie M. Curtis also made a statement on the matter, writing “As alleged, the defendant engaged in multiple schemes to evade sanctions and laws intended to protect our national security. The FBI is determined to defend our nation by enforcing laws designed to promote transparency of foreign influence within the United States.”
The charges against Luft include Conspiracy to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act, conspiracy to violate the Arms Export Control Act, violating the Arms Export Control Act (relating to Libya), violating the Arms Export Control Act (relating to the United Arab Emirates), violating the Arms Export Control Act (relating to Kenya), making false statements, conspiracy to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers act, and another making false statements.
The situation is still developing.

Biden corrupt administration is full of corrupt politicians, and all need to be held accountable!....when this whistle blower first came forward they sent agents to arrest him in another country he escaped and went underground for a few months and then sent his video for all to see and hear. Biden and Harris, and all those government officials need to step down immediatly, or congress needs to invoke the 25th on both biden and harris both inept.
