It's Blatant 'Witness Intimidation': Biden Family Attorneys Pressured DOJ To Prosecute IRS Whistleblowers On Hunter Probe

On Sunday, Representative James Comer (R-KY) weighed in on the attorneys for the Biden family pushing for the Justice Department to prosecute the whistleblowers that provided the information to Congress about the then-vice president's illegal dealings, calling it witness intimidation.

An article from The New York Times read that “While Mr. Biden’s legal team agrees that the I.R.S. agents affected the deal, his lawyers have contended to the Justice Department that by disclosing details about the investigation to Congress, they broke the law and should be prosecuted.”

The push came during the discussion of the plea deal by the Biden family attorneys when they were attempting to push the Justice Department away from leveling a federal gun crime charge against Hunter Biden, threatening to have President Joe Biden testify in the case, as previously covered by the DC Enquirer

The plea deal ultimately collapsed in July when Judge Marellen Noreika intervened, raising notable questions about providing Hunter Biden with immunity. The Biden family attorneys argued that the IRS agents bringing forth the evidence is what caused the plea deal to ultimately fall apart, not the fact that it blatantly was a sweetheart deal to allow the son of the president of the United States to get away with committing notable crimes.

Regardless of how the Biden family attorneys wish to paint the way the IRS whistleblowers came forth with the evidence, that doesn’t change their intent to push for the DOJ to prosecute them as notable witness intimidation.

“[The New York Times] is reporting that Biden family attorneys are now pushing the Biden DOJ to prosecute IRS whistleblowers for sharing information with Congress. These brave whistleblowers testified under oath and deserve protection. This witness intimidation is unacceptable,” Rep. Comer wrote in a post to the X app.

The entire case from the Biden family attorney works on intimidation. They attempted to intimidate the Justice Department into giving Hunter Biden the sweetheart plea deal and succeeded in doing so, and then they attempted to intimidate the Justice Department into prosecuting whistleblowers that had every right to expose the special treatment taking place during the investigation.

The Biden family is hoping they can leverage their political position to get away with numerous crimes and if it wasn’t for the whistleblowers that staked their careers, and very possibly their lives, they may have gotten away with it. The Biden family is undoubtedly corrupt beyond belief and their decorum throughout the ongoing investigation and trials is the cherry on top cementing that fact.
