Biden Humiliated On The World Stage After Netanyahu Rejects White House's Gaza Plan

On Friday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a formal address to the Israeli public, rejected the Biden administration's efforts to stop the ongoing Israeli Defense Force (IDF) assault into Gaza. The wartime leader refused to take any pause in IDF activities unless Hamas released the over 200 civilian hostages taken from southern Israel following the October 7th terrorist attack.

Earlier in the day, Netanyahu met with Secretary of State Antony Blinken, where the Israelis showed the US' top diplomat new footage from the October 7th massacre that left over 1,400 Israelis and 32 Americans dead.

"Today, we saw additional images, additional footage collected by the Israeli government from video cameras, some the terrorists, some others and communities that were attacked," Blinken said of the footage, per CNN. "It remains almost beyond the human capacity to process, to digest."

That massacre is what prompted the IDF to begin its ground operation into the Gaza Strip last month and what prompted a $14 billion aid package to pass through the House of Representatives on Thursday.

"I appreciate the consistent support of President Biden, the American administration, and the American people," the Israeli prime minister said during his address, adding that he conveyed to Blinken that "we are continuing with all our might. Israel refuses a temporary ceasefire that does not include the liberation of our hostages. Israel will not allow fuel into the Gaza Strip and opposes the transfer of money into the Strip."

According to Breitbart, the Biden White House has called for a pause in fighting to supposedly allow for more humanitarian aid to enter the territory as civilians evacuate south away from Gaza City.

Biden has been pushed by many on the left to call for a ceasefire in the fighting, something a pause may resemble, as progressive lawmakers like Reps Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Ilhan Omar (R-MN), Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY), and other have called for an end to hostilities.

Putting even more pressure on Biden is the fact that a large Arab community, many of whom support a ceasefire, resides in Michigan, a critical swing state for 2024.

While Biden's efforts to end the fighting persist, Israelis and Americans alike have been able to witness the barbarity of Hamas through released photos and through the speeches given by senior Hamas leaders.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, a clip surfaced online of a senior Hamas official, Ghazi Hamad, speaking on Lebanon's LBC TV and admitting that Hamas wishes to continue to launch the same kind of attacks that devastated southern Israel on October 7th.

"Israel is a country that has no place on our land," Hamad began. "We must remove that country because it constitutes a security, military, and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nation and must be finished. We are not ashamed to say this, with full force."

"We must teach Israel a lesson, and there will be a second, a third, a fourth because we have the determination, the resolve, and the capabilities to fight," he said in reference to the October 7th attack. "Will we have to pay a price? Yes, and we are ready to pay it. We are called a nation of martyrs, and we are proud to sacrifice martyrs."

"We do not want to harm civilians, but there are complications on the ground, and there was a party in the area with civilian population. It was a large area, across 40 kilometers," he attempted to claim despite direct evidence showing that Hamas terrorists deliberately targeted civilian areas. 

"The occupation must come to an end," he said, adding that such an end to occupation would mean the end of Israel.

"The existence of Israel is illogical. The existence of Israel is what causes all that pain, blood, and tears. It is Israel, not us," the Hamas official argued. 

"We are the victims of the occupation. Period. Therefore, nobody should blame us for the things we do," he said, adding that "everything we do is justified."
