‘Biden Is Guilty, I Am Not’ – Trump Sets Record Straight On Potential Second Indictment

In a post on Monday afternoon on his top-rated social media platform, Truth Social, 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump exposed Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is leading an investigation into whether Trump should face criminal prosecution for January 6, of illegally leaking “massive amounts of information to the Washington ComPost.”

Trump also set the record straight on the classified information scandals, saying President Joe Biden is “guilty of obstruction.”

“Speaking of LEAKS, Special ‘Prosecutor’ Jack Smith (What did his name used to be?) leaked massive amounts of information to The Washington ComPost,” Trump wrote.

“This is illegal, and I assume this Radical Left Lunatic, much to the chagrin of his Trump Hating wife and family, will be PROSECUTED?” Trump added.

“He is a totally biased Thug who should be let loose on the Biden Documents hidden in Chinatown, and the 1,850 BOXES secretly stored in Delaware, which Biden REFUSES to give up. Biden is guilty of Obstruction, I am not,” Trump continued.

Trump also exposed far-left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg of “illegally leaking 33 points” of his frivolous indictment.

“Wow! District Attorney Bragg just illegally LEAKED the various points, and complete information, on the pathetic Indictment against me,” Trump wrote.

“I know the reporter and so, unfortunately, does he. This means that he MUST BE IMMEDIATELY INDICTED,” he added.

“Now, if he wants to really clean up his reputation, he will do the honorable thing and, as District Attorney, INDICT HIMSELF,” Trump suggested.

“He will go down in Judicial history, and his Trump Hating wife will be, I am sure, very proud of him,” Trump wrote.

Trump is right. Yahoo News published an “exclusive” story on Monday announcing Trump will be charged with “34 felony counts, but spared handcuffs and a mug shot.”

The article claims they got their information from “a source who has been briefed on the procedures for the arraignment of the former president.”

The source said, Trump will not be put in handcuffs, placed in a jail cell or subjected to a mug shot — typical procedures even for white-collar defendants until a judge has weighed in on pretrial conditions,” the article reads.

In an additional post, Trump added, “D.A. BRAGG JUST ILLEGALLY LEAKED THE 33 points of Indictment. There are no changes or surprises from those he leaked days ago directly out of the Grand Jury.”

“No Crime by Trump. What a MESS. Bragg should resign, NOW,” Trump wrote.

Bragg could face up to five years in prison if he is responsible for leaking Trump’s frivolous indictment.

Leaking grand jury testimony is a Class E felony under New York state law and carries a prison sentence between one and five years.

“A Class E felony charge is considered more serious than a misdemeanor charge, and as such carries a potentially longer jail sentence. While a Class A misdemeanor in New York carries a sentence of up to 364 days, a Class E felony can result in a sentence of between one year and five years,” according to The Law Offices of Julie Rendelman.

The New York County Clerk’s office issued an order on March 31 stating Bragg is only allowed to disclose to the public that Trump’s indictment has been issued.

On Tuesday, Trump is expected to be fingerprinted in New York, but not have a mug shot taken. After the booking is complete, Trump will appear before a judge for his arraignment where he will face 30 currently unknown charges due to Bragg’s sealed indictment.

Trump’s campaign announced on Sunday that after he flies back from New York to Palm Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, Trump is set to deliver remarks about his experience at his Mar-A-Lago club.

Trump’s lawyers are bracing for Judge Juan Merchan to place a gag order on Trump in an attempt to prevent him from speaking about his arrest on Tuesday.

Under New York law, the fine for breaking a gag order holds a penalty of either 30 days in jail or a $1,000 fine.

Bragg, who has been exposed as being funded by a group supported by far-left billionaire George Soros, was able to get a Manhattan grand jury to vote to indict Trump on Thursday.

Adult film “star” Stormy Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $300,000 after losing a defamation case against him. However, on Thursday, a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict President Trump over a $130,000 payment to Daniels made by his former lawyer and now-convicted liar, Michael Cohen.

This makes Trump the first American president to ever face criminal charges.

The Color of Change PAC, the “nation’s largest online racial justice organization”, which was given $1 million in May 2021 from Soros, gave $1 million to Bragg but later pulled back half of their donation.
