Black Lives Matter Sees 88 PERCENT Drop In Donations As The Organization's Shady Practices Come To Light

Black Lives Matter, the organization that helped with the mass riots in 2020 over the death of George Floyd, has completely fallen off financially, only generating 12 percent of what it once collected in 2022. The organization has lost a notable amount of media attention, rarely being covered in the past year.

Per records obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, the ‘non-profit’ foundation managed to raise $9.3 million in the 2022 fiscal year. That number may sound impressive, until it’s noted that in 2020 they raised an immense $80 million, showing an 88 percent drop off in revenue.

The massive dropoff in revenue may be an effect of their abysmal spending policies, purchasing non-essentials for the ‘organization’ using donor money. The “trained Marxists” bought themselves four properties in California and Georgia that add up to $3.2 million, as well as a compound in Los Angeles that cost them $6 million that they attempted to hide, per the New York Post.

Things only continue to get worse for the ‘racial justice’ organization, seemingly finding any way to bankroll members of the board and their families. The founder of BLM, Patrisse Cullors, paid her brother, Paul Cullors, a whopping $840,993 for what they describe as “professional security services,” per financial documents released in May 2022. The purchase may seem innocent, as it’s likely they would have some necessity for security at their unjustly purchased $6 million Los Angeles compound, but Paul Cullors has no background or experience in security.

And no, that is not the end of BLM’s misuse of funds. They paid $1 million to an art firm that was under the leadership of the father of Cullor’s child and gave over $2 million to a consulting firm owned by board member Shalomyah Bowers.

Cullors has attempted to draw sympathy to their financial status, saying how the term “IRS Form 990,” the form which is used to disclose financial documents for charities, triggers her, likely because of its potential to expose the misuse of funds within the unjust organization.

"This doesn't seem safe for us, this 990 structure—this nonprofit system structure," Cullors reportedly said. "This is, like, deeply unsafe. This is being literally weaponized against us, against the people we work with."

BLM was already an organization that appeared odd, always popping up for presidential elections and finding random reasons to become relevant. However, their shadiness goes far deeper than just their method and intent, going all the way to scamming their donors. It’s good to see their revenue drop so sharply, and hopefully soon it drops all the way to zero percent of what it once was.
