BREAKING: Bombshell Evidence Contradicts Fani Willis' Claim That Affair Occurred After She Hired Nathan Wade

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade have repeatedly claimed that their affair began after the district attorney's office hired Wade in November 2021. Newly submitted text messages to the court between lawyer Ashleigh Merchant and Wade's friend/lawyer Terrence Bradley have completely contradicted that claim.

Despite Willis claiming that she did not have a relationship with Wade prior to hiring him, the text conversation with Bradley, who has been reluctant to testify, proves otherwise. The text conversation opens with Merchant asking Bradley if he thinks the relationship began before she hired Wade, to which Bradley responded, "Absolutely. It started when she left the DA's office [as assistant district attorney] and was judge in South Fulton. They met at municipal court."

The text conversation is yet more evidence proving that Willis and Wade have lied to the court. A court document submitted last Friday by 45th President Donald Trump's attorneys brought in cell phone data that supported the idea that the two prosecutors were having an affair prior to 2022. The filing explains that criminal defense investigator Charles Mittelstadt used cell phone towers to track Wade's phone in late 2021 before Wade claimed that an affair took place with Willis. More specifically, Mittelstadt used CellHawk, a program deemed the "gold standard in cellphone records analytics" by law enforcement.

The cell phone data analysis revealed multiple visits in the late evening that lasted into the early morning. Wade and Willis testified last week that they didn't spend the night together at Willis' condo; thus, this data could prove they committed perjury. The two key dates focused on in the filing are September 11-12, 2021, before Wade was hired on to the DA's office, and November 29-30, 2021, a period prior to when the duo had testified the relationship began in 2022.

"On September 11, 2021, Mr. Wade's phone left the Doraville area and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 10:45 P.M. The phone remained there until September 12 at 3:28 A.M., at which time the phone traveled directly to towers located in East Cobb consistent with his routine pinging at his residence in that area," the filing reads. "The phone arrived in East Cobb at approximately 4:05 A.M., and records demonstrate he sent a text at 4:20 A.M. to Ms. Willis."

"November 29, 2021, Mr. Wade's phone was pinging on the East Cobb towers near his residence and, following a call from Ms. Willis at 11:32 P.M., while the call continued, his phone left the East Cobb area just after midnight and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 12:43 A.M. on November 30, 2021," Mitterstadt explains. "The phone remained there until 4:55 A.M."
