BREAKING: DC Appeals Court Makes MASSIVE Decision On Trump's Gag Order In Jack Smith Case

On Tuesday, the Washington, D.C. Court of Appeals denied leading Republican presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump's request to reconsider a gag order placed on him in the 2020 election case brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith, which has resulted in the order being reimposed on the Republican frontrunner. The decision is a significant blow to Trump, who has been legally fighting tooth and nail to ensure he can speak out about the prosecutions against him. 

Of the 11 judges who sit on the appeals court, not a single one requested a new hearing for Trump's legal team to give their argument to the court. The gag order was placed on him last year by Judge Tanya Chutkan, limiting his ability to criticize potential witnesses, prosecutors, and court staff in the case. While the D.C. Court of Appeals considered Trump's appeal, they temporarily lifted the gag order for several months. However, the gag order will now be reimposed. Trump now has the option to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
