BREAKING: Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani Disbarred By New York Court

On Tuesday, former Trump attorney and New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) was disbarred by an appeals court in Manhattan after the judges ruled that he had repeatedly made false statements when he represented 45th President Donald Trump following the 2020 presidential election.

The court decided that the former NYC mayor be "disbarred from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York."

In a statement, Giuliani's attorney said that they were disappointed and ruled their appellate options. America's mayor was admitted to the bar in 1969, but recent felony indictments related to his involvement with President Trump following the 2020 election have resulted in the end of his legal career. Giuliani also had his law license suspended in Washington, D.C., earlier this year.

This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.
