BREAKING: House Republican Introduces Articles Of Impeachment Against Vice President Kamala Harris

On Tuesday, Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) introduced articles of impeachment against Vice President Kamala Harris for high crimes and misdemeanors just a day after Harris secured enough delegates to become the presumptive Democratic nominee after President Joe Biden exited the race on Sunday.

Ogles' resolution states that Harris "has willfully and systemically refused to uphold Federal immigration laws, in that: In her conduct of the Office of Vice President of the United States, Kamala Devi Harris... has willfully prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice."

Rep. Ogles cites Harris' lack of action on the southern border after being assigned as Biden's 'border czar' early on in her tenure. "In her conduct of the Office of the Vice President of the United States, Kamala Devi Harris, in violation of her constitutional oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, to bear truth faith and allegiance to the same, and to well and faithfully discharge the duties of her Office, has willfully and systematically refused to uphold Federal immigration laws," the resolution reads.

The impeachment resolution then cites the vice president's unwillingness to visit the southern border, her decision to not enforce federal immigration law, the drastic impact that illegal immigrant criminals have had on women and girls, and the sheer volume of illegal trespassers into the United States as justification for impeachment.
