BREAKING: Hunter Biden Gets Charged With Two Misdemeanors And A Gun Felony

This Tuesday, the Department of Justice announced they would be charging Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden, with two misdemeanors related to taxes and a felony for the illegal possession of a firearm.

In a lfiling obtained by Axios, Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to the two tax misdemeanors. He also entered into a probation agreement for illegally possessing a firearm.

According to Axios, "the maximum penalty for the gun charge is 10 years in jail and a fine of $250,000."

The New York Times reports that, "the Justice Department would charge Mr. Biden but agree not to prosecute him in connection with his purchase of a handgun in 2018 during a period when he was using drugs. The deal would be contingent on Mr. Biden remaining drug free for 24 months and agreeing never to own a firearm again."

The Times continues, saying, "the agreement must still be approved by a federal judge. Mr. Biden is expected to appear in federal court in Delaware in the coming days to be arraigned on the misdemeanor tax charges and plead guilty."

This is a developing story, and Hunter Biden's misdeeds will surely stay in the news for some time.
