On Monday, Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, appeared in court in Arkansas in a paternity case in which he is seeking to lower his child support monthly payments for his neglected daughter.
As reported by The New York Post, Hunter is currently in a legal battle with Lunden Roberts whose four-year-old daughter, Navy, has gone unacknowledged by the Biden family.
The four-year-old girl was born in August 2018 and her mother filed the paternity suit in May 2019. This eventually led to a paternity test that resulted in Hunter Biden being declared the father and ordered to pay child support.
In March 2020, the two parents settled their paternity and child support payments until Hunter reopened the case in an attempt to adjust his payments thus leading to Monday’s most recent court appearance.
“From now on … I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct,” said Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer during a hearing last week. “I will no longer allow us to excuse clients … because it is interfering with the progress of litigation, which is taking way too long to get over simple points.”

Hunter is being forced to attend the Arkansas hearing after Judge Meyer lashed out at the Biden attorneys on a Zoom call, as reported by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
The attorneys and the judge repeatedly went back and forth regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop with Hunter’s attorney continually dodging the question saying that he was “not in a position to even begin to answer that question.”
While the court appearance may appear minor, it could have broader implications into the investigation into Hunter’s finances that are currently being conducted by the IRS.
As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Hunter Biden has reportedly been living in the White House in order to avoid being served legal papers in the various investigations against him.
“Smirking Hunter Biden arrives at Arkansas court to face off with baby mama Lunden Roberts as he tries to lower support payments for four-year-old lovechild he’s never met,” Alex Bruesewitz wrote on Twitter. “This lowlife scumbag was also hiding at the WH to avoid being served.”
It seems like Hunter Biden is finally seeing the inside of a courtroom. Given the various high-profile investigations into his finances, perhaps he should get used to the décor.
