On Tuesday evening, Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) and Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) took the stage in New York City for the vice presidential debate hosted by CBS News and moderated by Norah O'Donnell and Margaret Brennan. The debate is potentially the last time the American people will see the two campaigns go head-to-head on stage after President Donald Trump refused a second presidential debate with Vice President Kamala Harris. With just 34 days until Election Day, Vance and Walz must make their case for why voters should choose them and their running mate to lead the country for the next four years.
