BREAKING: New BOMBSHELL Emerges in Bragg’s Case Against Trump, Contradicts Michael Cohen’s Testimony

On Wednesday evening, 45th President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to reveal a bombshell letter from Michael Cohen’s legal counsel to the Federal Election Commission that contradicts Cohen’s testimony that lies at the heart of District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s (D) case against Trump.

“Wow, look what was just found—A Letter from Cohen’s Lawyer to the Federal Election Commission,” Trump announced on Truth. “This is totally exculpatory, and must end the Manhattan District Attorney’s Witch Hunt, immediately. Cohen admits that he did it himself. The D.A. should get on with prosecuting violent criminals, so people can walk down the sidewalks of New York without being murdered!”

The 2018 letter, obtained by The Daily Mail, writes “In a private transaction in 2016, before the U.S. presidential election, Mr. Cohen used his own personal funds to facilitate a payment of $130,000 to Ms. Stephanie Clifford. Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed Mr. Cohen for the payment directly or indirectly.”

The letter goes on to explain that Cohen did not make any in-kind contributions to Trump’s campaign or any campaign committee. Additionally, Cohen was not a government employee at the time.

Michael Cohen was never reimbursed “for the payment directly or indirectly.”

ALVIN BRAGG, ACCUSED HIDING EVIDENCE, MAY BE AT RISK OF BEING CHARGED HIMSELF

“The payment in question does not constitute a campaign contribution or expenditure and, therefore, the FEC lacks jurisdiction over this matter,” the letter added.

The Manhattan grand jury suddenly ended their session today and is set to convene again on Thursday. Some speculate that it could be because new evidence has come to light, such as this, or that Bragg has been uncovered leaving out exculpatory evidence.

Either way, this letter is a bombshell in the case against Trump and will clearly help his defense if indicted. The grand jury should have this evidence presented to him in order to once again discredit Michael Cohen’s testimony.

Given that Cohen was already convicted of perjury, this letter is just the final nail in the coffin of his record of lies.
