BREAKING: New York Judge Imposes Gag Order On Donald Trump

On Tuesday, the New York judge overseeing the hush money case brought by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) issued a gag order against presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump, which prevents the 45th president from attacking jurors and court staff. The trial is set to begin on April 15.

The order, issued by Judge Juan Merchan, will still allow Trump to criticize the judge and Alvin Bragg, but it prohibits Trump from going after court staff, witnesses, and prosecutors "if those statements are made with the intent to materially interfere with" the case, as reported by The Hill. The gag order comes after Trump took to Truth Social earlier in the day to rail against those involved in the case against him.

"D.A. Bragg fought everyone about trying this 'no crime' case, but Crooked Joe Biden’s 'Thugs' pushed him to go forward, and pushed him hard. They wanted him to go after ME, Crooked’s Political Opponent. He just didn’t want to do it. They ended up sending Matthew Colangelo, Merrick Garland’s 'right hand,' after a stop at the Corrupt and Racist New York State A.G. Letecia 'Peekaboo' James’ Office, to directly oversee the D.A., perhaps to make sure that Bragg followed their illegal orders and commands. He eventually agreed to do the 'case' that he never wanted to do. Pomerantz and Cohen were 'death.' Now their hope is that Judge Juan Merchan, who should be recused, will pull them through. STOP THE STEAL!"
