BREAKING: Newly Revealed Cell Phone Data Contradicts Fani Willis' Story About Nathan Wade Affair

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade have repeatedly claimed that their affair did not begin until after the DA's office hired him in November 2021. However, newly obtained cell phone data contradicts their claims, with Wade visiting the district attorney at least 35 times at her home address in the Hapeville neighborhood. If the cell phone data is accurate, both Wade and Willis would likely be found to have lied to the court and thus suffer legal consequences.

In a court filing submitted to the court by 45th President Donald Trump's attorneys on Friday, the lawyers argue that the cell phone data proves that the duo lied to the court and thus should be disqualified from continuing the RICO case against Trump and the 18 other co-defendants. The filing explains that criminal defense investigator Charles Mittelstadt used cell phone towers to track Wade's phone in late 2021 before Wade claimed that an affair took place with Willis. More specifically, Mittelstadt used CellHawk, a program deemed the "gold standard in cellphone records analytics" by law enforcement.

The cell phone data analysis revealed multiple visits in the late evening that lasted into the early morning. Wade and Willis testified last week that they didn't spend the night together at Willis' condo; thus, this data could prove they committed perjury. The two key dates focused on in the filing are September 11-12, 2021, before Wade was hired on to the DA's office, and November 29-30, 2021, a period prior to when the duo had testified the relationship began in 2022.

"On September 11, 2021, Mr. Wade's phone left the Doraville area and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 10:45 P.M. The phone remained there until September 12 at 3:28 A.M., at which time the phone traveled directly to towers located in East Cobb consistent with his routine pinging at his residence in that area," the filing reads. "The phone arrived in East Cobb at approximately 4:05 A.M., and records demonstrate he sent a text at 4:20 A.M. to Ms. Willis."

"November 29, 2021, Mr. Wade's phone was pinging on the East Cobb towers near his residence and, following a call from Ms. Willis at 11:32 P.M., while the call continued, his phone left the East Cobb area just after midnight and arrived within the geofence located on the Dogwood address at 12:43 A.M. on November 30, 2021," Mitterstadt explains. "The phone remained there until 4:55 A.M."

"How often are you going over to your totally platonic friend's house at 12:43 A.M. and leaving at 4:55 A.M.?" Megyn Kelly questioned.

The filing is a devastating blow to Wade and Willis' story. It is becoming increasingly clear that they lied to the court, and the evidence laid out by the Trump attorneys could prove to be the end of the Georgia RICO case.
