BREAKING: Congresswoman’s Car Hit By Gunfire In St Louis, Missouri

In a stunning new revelation, a source close to Representative Cori Bush has informed the media that the Congresswoman’s car was hit by gunfire last Saturday. Democratic Representative Cori Bush, representing Missouri’s First Congression district, is a complex political figure. She is most famous for her involvement in the radical “The Squad’ wing of the Democrat-led House. Her politics can rightly be characterized as hyper-liberal. For instance, Cori Bush is a vocal activist of the Marxist Black Lives Matter organization. She also tweeted out support for a catastrophic prison riot that occurred last February — drawing a wide array of criticisms on Twitter. More recently, Cori Bush has helped to popularize the controversial “birthing people” label for biological women. All in all, Cori Bush is a contentious figure in American politics — with her support mostly coming from the radical fringes of the Democratic Party.

The news report revealed the Congressman was not the target of the gunfire. Furthermore, she was not even in the vehicle. In a statement made to the Saint Louis Local NBC News Station, 5 On Your Side, Cori Bush gives the following update:

“Thankfully no one was harmed. But any act of gun violence shakes your soul…No one should have to fear for their safety here in St. Louis and that is exactly why our movement is working every day to invest in our communities, eradicate the root causes of gun violence, and keep every neighborhood safe”

Representative Cori Bush also provided this update by way of her Twitter account:
