BREAKING: President Joe Biden Addresses The Nation Following Trump's Historic Victory

On Thursday, President Joe Biden addressed the nation from the White House Rose Garden following President-elect Trump's historic victory on Tuesday evening. President Biden committed to a peaceful transition of power and insisted that his team would work with the Trump transition team to ensure a smooth transition between the two administrations.

The Democratic president highlighted the various legislation that was passed under his term. "The road ahead is clear assuming we can sustain it," Biden said, adding that his legislative accomplishments are "truly historic."

"We have 74 days to finish the term, our term. Let's make every day count," he said. "Setbacks are avoidable but giving up is unforgiveable. We all get pushed down but the measure of our character is whether we get back up..The America of your dreams is calling you to get back up. That's the story of America for 240 years and counting. The American experiment endures. We are going to be okay but we need to stay engaged, we need to keep going, and above all we need to keep the faith."
