BREAKING: President Trump Indicted By Biden DOJ - Jack Smith Brings Charges In Jan. 6th Case

Special Counsel Jack Smith and the Biden Department of Justice have let loose yet another indictment of 45th President Donald J. Trump and presented the details to the press in a conference late on Tuesday.

The grand jury foreman delivered a sealed indictment to a D.C.-based magistrate judge, however, it did not include any names, according to NBC News.

The DOJ is now indicting Trump on charges that he played a criminal role in the January 6th Capitol Riot despite his acquittal by the U.S. Senate during his second impeachment and several social media posts and recordings of Trump implicitly telling the protestors to demonstrate peacefully and then later to disperse and leave the Capital.

Reportedly Trump will be required to present himself before the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. to answer these additional charges against him.

Independent journalist Brendon Gutenschwager shared the text of the indictment, confirming Trump has been federally indicted on  four counts:

"-Conspiracy to Defraud the United States
-Conspiracy to Obstruct an Official Proceeding
-Obstruction of and Attempt to Obstruct an Official Proceeding
-Conspiracy Against Rights"

In expectation of the indictment, Trump posted to Truth Social the following: "I hear that Deranged Jack Smith, in order to interfere with the Presidential Election of 2024, will be putting out yet another Fake Indictment of your favorite President, me, at 5:00 P.M. Why didn’t they do this 2.5 years ago? Why did they wait so long? Because they wanted to put it right in the middle of my campaign. Prosecutorial Misconduct!"

Just two days ago, Trump posted regarding allegations he and his staffers obstructed Justice by deleting security footage from his Mar-a-Lago home. 

He wrote, "The Crooked Election Interference 'Thugs' from the DOJ, headed by the worst Thug of them all, Deranged Jack Smith, are now admitting that the Mar-a-Lago Security Tapes were NOT DELETED. That’s not what they were illegally leaking to the press. These guys should be prosecuted for MISCONDUCT. Also, whatever happened to Crooked Joe’s Documents? Where are the ones he sent and stored in Chinatown? Is Deranged Jack going to Indict him for this and, at the same time, receiving BRIBES FROM CHINA?"



Hours before the indictment was announced, Human Events' Jack Posobiec posted to X App that "Word circulating DOJ announces new Trump indictments." 

Not long after Paula Reid reporting for CNN told audiences "There’s one detail we've learned from our colleagues at the courthouse, that is that the foreperson has remained behind and that is significant because you only need the foreperson when a grand jury returns an indictment," as reports surfaced of the grand jury leaving the federal courthouse.

Many commenters online have pointed dubiously to the indictment in the context of the devastating testimony of Devon Archer and evidence uncovered by the GOP-controlled House of Representatives that add credence to the serious allegations of a massive bribery and influence-peddling scandal at the heart of the Biden presidency that dates back to Joe Biden's days as vice president to Barack Obama.

Several of the X App users suggested the indictment is scheduled to preempt the release of transcripts from Archer's testimony.
