BREAKING: Supreme Court Issues Ruling On Crucial Texas Case To Combat Biden's Open Border

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 vote that the federal government has the authority to remove barriers placed along the border by the state of Texas that were meant to dissuade migrants from entering the United States illegally. The decision will now allow Border Patrol agents to cut razor wire deployed by the Texas National Guard as a part of Gov. Greg Abbott's (R-TX) Operation Lone Star.

The justices that voted in favor of the federal government include Justices Kentanji Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor, Amy Coney Barrett, and Chief Justice John Roberts. Those who voted in favor of the state of Texas include Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch.

As tens of thousands of illegal migrants enter the country every month, the Supreme Court's decision is a major blow to Republican-led states looking to stop the constant flow of migrants, not only overwhelming border communities but also swamping big cities across the country. President Biden's unwillingness to act has forced states like Texas to take action. However, it appears that the highest court in the land has struck a devastating blow in pursuit of that mission.

Did Amy give a reason for what appears to be an unreasonable decision? We need to protect our borders not those of other countries and we don't need more illegal Democrat voters.
