BREAKING: Trump Announces The Date Of His Arrest In Georgia - Bond Set At $200,000

Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States and Republican frontrunner in the 2024 election has confirmed via TruthSocial that he will in fact be arrested on Thursday by Fulton County Sheriff's Deputies at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta.

According to The Associated Press, The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office stated in a Monday news release that the facility will be placed under a “hard lockdown,” when Trump surrenders to the authorities.

Trump posted to Truth Social, "Can you believe it? I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED by a Radical Left District Attorney, Fani Willis, who is overseeing one of the greatest Murder and Violent Crime DISASTERS in American History. In my case, the trip to Atlanta is not for “Murder,” but for making a PERFECT PHONE CALL! She campaigned, and is continuing to campaign, and raise money on, this WITCH HUNT. This is in strict coordination with Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ. It is all about ELECTION INTERFERENCE!"

Court documents detailed that Trump is to be held on a bond of $200,000 and that he is prohibited explicitly in the three-page-order from performing any "act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice."

According to the order this includes:

  • The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any codefendant;
  • The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any witness including, but not limited to, the individuals designated in the Indictment as an unindicated co-conspirator Individual 1 through Individual 30;
  • The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against any victim;
  • The Defendant shall make no direct or indirect threat of any nature against the community or to any property in the community;
  • The above shall include, but are not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media;
  • The Defendant shall not communicate in any way, directly or indirectly, about the facts of this case with any person known to him to be a codefendant in this case except through his or her counsel."
The implications of the order are extreme, should Trump make any posts on social media which even under the thinnest veneer of justification could be interpreted by the court as a call to action or violence or a threat of any kind, then his bond could be revoked and he would be imprisoned for the duration of the trial, likely with harsh limits on his communication.

This would represent clear and undeniable election interference on a scale unprecedented in American history. Trump will have been effectively removed from the campaign by politically motivated force.
