In the wake of his sudden and unforeseen departure from Fox News last week, suspicion has been mounting as to what the popular commentator Tucker Carlson will do next.
Today, Valuetainment Media emerged as the latest media outlet to try and acquire Carlson to their platform.
Valuetaiment Media CEO Patrick Bet-David took to Twitter Tuesday afternoon showcasing the letter of intent that was sent to Carlson.

“Dear Tucker,” the letter opens. “I’ll get right to the point. We want you to partner with us in what we feel is a noble and necessary effort to define the future of media.”
Bet-David would go on to offer Carlson $100 million over five years, an equity stake in Valuetainment, the role of President of Valuetainment, a seat on the board, Carlson’s own podcasts and daily/weekly shows, and documentaries on topics Carlson cares about.
“What else? We’re all ears,” the letter continued.
“Our convictions about freedom, liberty, and truth run deep and we believe we are the absolute right fit for you and America. While we may not be the biggest media company, we are a new media leader driving into the future to make truth, fair debate, and commentary more accessible, consumable, and protected.”
The letter would end with a note that Valuetainment is, “100% serious about our offer.”

Valuetainment Media was founded in 2013 by Patrick Bet-David as a small YouTube channel and has grown into an emerging media outlet with a target audience of leaders, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, students, and everyone in between. According to their website, their mission is to, “Enlighten, entertain & empower current and future leaders around the world.”
It is yet to be seen if Carlson will be interested in Valuetainment’s offer, and he has been very quiet on what his next steps are, with the exception of a video that went viral on Twitter last week.
