Climate Radical Greta Thunberg Caught Red Handed: Deletes 2018 Tweet That Says World Will End Without Action by 2023

On Saturday, Human Events Senior Editor Jack Posobiec took to Twitter to showcase the discovery of a Greta Thunberg tweet that was recently deleted.

The 20-year-old Thunberg has spent years lecturing world leaders about the ‘dangers’ of climate change and calling on governments to take massive society-altering policies to combat the issue. It would seem, however, that some of her previous alarmist claims have turned out to be, unsurprisingly, false.

The tweet in question, posted on June 21, 2018, featured a quote from an article posted to gritpost.com that says if humanity fails to act within the next five years, then the world will come to an end.

“A top climate scientist is warning that climate change will wipe out all humanity unless we stop using fossil fuels over the next five years,” the post reads, as reported by The Post Millennial.

It would appear that Thunberg recently deleted the tweet five years later leaving Posobiec to question “Hi [Greta Thunberg]! Why did you delete this?”

In response to the uncovering, users took to Twitter to mock Thunberg, writing, “Time flies when you’re on the grift.”

“‘ThE ScIeNcE ChAaAAnGEd'” wrote another user with another writing, “The saying: ‘play stupid games, win stupid prizes’ comes to mind when I hear these climate activists.”

“Interesting how these timelines never materialize. It’s even more interesting how UN timelines for their Agendas ie Agenda 2030 seem to align with things like the green new deal which in 2018 gave the world 12 years to extinction according to the “great scholar” AOC (btw the green new deal is a product of academia which leaked into Congress to the hands of a gullible freshman “congresswoman),” another user pointed out, writing, “Coincidence? No. Designed to foment fear for compliance? Definitely, like everything else cooked up by Democrats.”

Some did attempt to defend Thunberg, with one user writing, “You might be misreading her post. She’s not saying humanity would be wiped out in five years. You can disagree with her and see that’s not what she’s saying.”

Thunberg has made hundreds of thousands of dollars off of her ability to sell climate alarmism around the world and in the process has become the face of the climate movement. This deletion shows once again that the claims that she spreads are often tenuous and rooted in alarmism to force governments to take sweeping action to alter society.
