Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump, the elder sons of former President Donald J. Trump both spoke out publicly following reports of the President’s indictment Thursday.
Trump, Jr. who has become a fixture on the Trump campaign trail and a powerful political commentator in his own right addressed the indictment in a monologue prefacing an episode of his podcast ‘Triggered’ with guest Joe Kent.
“Apparently, Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is actually indicting my father,” he said. “Let’s be clear, folks. This is like communist-level sh*t. This is stuff that would make Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot … it would make them blush.”
Addressing the skepticism of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis among others Trump, Jr. said,
“So let’s be very clear, because there were a couple of Republicans, people who have proven themselves to be RINOs while trying to wear the MAGA cap, let’s be clear for those people who said, ‘It’s not real, Trump’s making it up, It’s not a real issue for us.’ If you don’t think that the weaponization of the entire federal government against their political enemies, against the voters half of the country approximately as we’ve seen… If you don’t think that’s a problem, you don’t even belong in any position in government, let alone president,” he said.
Trump, Jr. warned “You know, I get you can have your sound bites and you can do your nonsense and pretend you’re doing great and hire your influencers. But if you don’t think that’s an issue, guess what? Just wait till they come for you. Because they will.”
“We’re in a battle for our existence,” he added, according to Fox News.
This isn’t just the radical left weaponizing the government to target their political enemies, this is them weaponizing the government to interfere in the 2024 election to stop Trump. The only solution is to shove it down their throats and put him back in the White House!!! #MAGA

Eric Trump, the former President’s second son who took the reigns of the Trump Organization during his father’s first term tweeted that the indictment is “third world prosecutorial misconduct. It is the opportunistic targeting of a political opponent in a campaign year.”

Eric Trump explained the situation in an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity Thursday evening as an effort to place the Trump campaign on the back foot.
“When my father is leading by 35 percent in the polls and they know he’s going to be the guy that Joe Biden will ultimately—or whoever the Democrat is going to be—will ultimately run against, guess who they after?” he said according to The Epoch Times.
“They go after Donald Trump. They will do anything to take him out of the race, they will do anything they can to imprison the man, they will do anything they can to harass his family, to imprison us all,” he added.
The younger Trump son, also seen at times for his father’s events observed that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg was elected explicitly on the promise he’d find a way to prosecute Trump.
“That was their calling card. This was their mission. This is what they promised their donors. This is what they promised Soros that they would do. It’s why they received the big checks,” Eric Trump said.
“And it’s exactly why the American people have lost total faith in the system people are sick and tired of it.”
