Dem Strategist Admits Party’s ‘House Is On Fire’ Under Biden’s Failed Leadership

An anonymous Democratic strategist decried the Biden Administration’s policies and general direction of late, saying the party’s “house is on fire” in a Wednesday interview with “The Hill.”

“It’s infuriating,” said the source, whom the article referred to as a “top Democratic strategist, venting frustrations about Biden and his team.”

The operative added, “Our house is on fire and it seems like they’re doing nothing to put the fire out. They’re just watching it with the rest of us.”

Democratic strategist Joel Payne spoke on the record for the same story and said the White House needs a fast change of direction if they are to salvage what is left of Biden’s first term.

“There’s the administrative part of the job and the political part of the job, and it seems like this president is leaning more in the administrative role at a time when his coalition is thirsty for political clarity and leadership,” Payne said.

“The president and his team have to be vigilant about providing that and balance the need to do both,” he continued.

High gas prices, skyrocketing inflation, Supreme Court setbacks, low consumer confidence, and stagnant job and financial markets have made this an unprecendented period of hardship for Americans.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see things are headed in the wrong direction and need to change as fast as possible.
