Radical House Dems Plan To Hit Back At Supreme Court With New Legislation

A group of eight liberal House Democrats pushed a bill on Monday, which would add four Justices to the Supreme Court — thereby ending the 6-3 conservative majority attained under former President Donald Trump.

Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) is the main sponsor of the legislation — entitled “The Judiciary Act of 2021” — and was very frank in his appraisal of the High Court’s recent rulings.

“It’s making decisions that usurp the power of the legislative and executive branches,” Johnson told “The Hill,” while speaking at an event hosted by the “Take Back the Court Action Fund.”

“The stolen #SCOTUS is not representative of our nation, both in size & ideology,” the Action Fund tweeted this week.

Following remarks from the aforementioned eight liberals, the bill now has the support of sixty Democrats, according to the “Take Back The Court” website.

The Democratic lawmakers blamed Trump and other Republicans, for the Court’s alleged right-wing bias. They then promptly attacked the character of the Justices themselves.

“You can see the gleam in his eye as he thinks about what he wants to do to decimate the rights of people and put us back in the Dark Ages,” Johnson said of Justice Samuel Alito, who wrote the majority decision for the landmark Dobbs abortion ruling — effectively overturning Roe v. Wade.

“The nightmare scenario of GOP court-packing is already upon us,” Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY), who is a cosigner of the bill said. “That’s how they got this far-right 6-3 majority in the first place.”

This renewed push for Court-packing comes after several big wins for conservatives on abortion, gun rights, free speech, and religious liberty.

America is slowly moving back to its founding ideals, with the High Court playing a large role in that. This scares the Democratic Party, whose radicalism is becoming increasingly apparent. By not nominating judicial activists — and instead nominating Judges who respect America’s founding ideals — Trump may have very well saved our Republic.

America First Patriots know the Supremes decided these cases correctly, by following the building blocks laid out in the Constitution.

Contrary to the views of Congressman Hank Johnson, conservatives respect the interplay between the three branches of Government, which means there can be no legislating from the bench. The hypocrisy of today’s liberal leadership could not be more astounding.
