DOJ Recommends No Jail For Transgender Terrorist Who Vandalized Church, Assaulted Church Employee, And Fought Police

The Department of Justice under President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland is taking serious criticism after news broke that a pro-abortion, transgender terrorist was given a pleas deal after vandalizing a Catholic Church with graffiti, damaging a statue of the Virgin Mary, assaulting a church employee and resisting police and will serve ZERO jail time.

According to Fox News, Maeve Nota a 31-year-old transgendered man who identifies as a woman committed these terrorist acts against the St. Louise Catholic Church in Bellevue, Washington.

Former Chief Counsel for Nominations to U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary and Law Clerk to Justice Neil Gorsuch, Mike Davis posted to Twitter,

“On 6/28/22, trans terrorist Maeve Nota attacked the Catholic Church, worker, police, and old lady praying. Biden DOJ waited 8+ months to bring charges (on 3/8/23). Instead of felony charges, like Biden DOJ brings against Christians, Biden DOJ only charged Nota with a misdemeanor. And Biden DOJ asked for no jail time.”

He told Fox News, “It is very clear that the Biden Justice Department has politicized and weaponized the FACE Act to go after pro-life Christians praying outside of abortion clinics like Mark Houck while turning a blind eye to violent felons terrorizing and badly damaging Catholic churches like Maeve Nota.”

Adding, “The Biden Justice Department tried to put Houck in prison for 11 years for defending his son while recommending no jail time for Nota after this deranged trans terrorist badly damaged a Catholic church, fought with the police, assaulted a church employee, and scared the hell out of a little old lady praying.”

Seattle journalist Jonathan Choe posted video of the crime showing Nota smashing the church door with a large stone.

The Bellevue Police Department posted pictures of the aftermath with a recommendation that Nota be charged with a ‘hate crime,’ noting the graffiti was “anti-Catholic” in nature,

“Officers arrested a 31yo Bellevue resident on suspicion off a hate crime and assault after allegedly spray painting St. Louise Parish, smashing two doors and assaulting an employee. The suspect was arrested without incident. The graffiti painted on church walls and artifacts was anti-Catholic. According to the RCW, a hate crime includes acts that ‘Defaces religious real property with words, symbols, or items that are derogatory to persons of the faith associated with the property.'”

Nota allegedly sprayed, “F— Catholics,” “rot in your fake hell,” “kid groomers,” “rapists,”  and “woman haters,” among other messages on the church walls, and smashed two glass doors in addition to assaulting an employee and terrorizing an elderly parishioner.
