Donald Trump Scores MASSIVE Endorsement From Congressman Steve Scalise - 'I Am Proud To Endorse Donald Trump'

On Tuesday, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA) announced his support for leading Republican presidential contender and 45th President Donald J. Trump in his 2024 race to secure the White House. This comes after Trump has secured significant endorsements all around the Republican Party -- including the endorsement of House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA). All in all, the MAGA machine is running like a well-oiled machine as Trump's nomination becomes all the more certain. 

"I am proud to endorse Donald Trump for president in 2024, and I look forward to working with President Trump and a Republican House and Senate to fight for those families who are struggling under the weight of Biden's failed policies," Scalise tweeted. Of course, Scalise is exactly right -- the Biden Administration has failed America and her people. We, the people, want better in the White House, and the year ahead will be decisive in shaping the future of our great nation.

Scalise attached a Fox News Digital article, in which he told the outlet, "When Donald Trump was President, American workers and families were thriving... The economy was strong and interest rates were low — grocery costs were affordable, and families could afford to buy a house and provide for their children. The border was secure and crime was down. America had secure energy policies, keeping gas and utility prices low."

Meanwhile, Scalise criticized Biden's policies in the same statement -- including Biden's agenda on gas prices and inflation. As such, Scalise concluded his statement by saying that America deserves "a strong leader to fix the problems Joe Biden has created and — with rising aggression from adversaries abroad — deter foreign actors who wish to harm us." That includes Joe Biden's radical open border agenda -- an agenda that continues to hurt the citizenry of our great nation. 

Fortunately for Scalise, Trump has a great chance of winning in the year ahead. Trump has managed to be a unifying figure for Republicans, and voters are rallying around the 45th president in record numbers. As such, Trump is in as strong of a position with Republican voters as ever, and his general election numbers are also impressive. The Real Clear Politics polling average has Trump besting Biden in nationwide polling in recent weeks, even though Republicans can generally afford to underperform in the popular vote while still winning the election -- as they did in 2000 and 2016. As such, 2024 could be a great year for the MAGA movement.
