Elise Stefanik Slams ‘Shameful’ Arrest Of Trump, Predicts Tables Turning On Democrats: Trump Will Win 2024

House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) slammed the arrest of the 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump as “shameful” and “unprecedented” and predicted Trump will defeat the arrest and will “be sworn in as President” in 2025.

“The shameful arrest of President Trump is an unprecedented and chilling chapter in the Left’s weaponization of the justice system against their leading political opponent. This dangerous and illegal overreach by a radical DA has completely backfired for the corrupt Far Left Democrats who would rather desperately tear apart the fabric of our country than face President Trump at the ballot box,” Stefanik wrote in a  target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement released on Twitter on Tuesday.

“The American people are smart, and they know this is politically charged and that President Trump will defeat these charges in court and turn the tables on the Far Left Democrats by exposing their corruption and abuse of power,” she added.

“President Trump continues to skyrocket in the polls, and just like with the Russia hoax and both sham impeachments, President Trump will defeat this latest witch-hunt, defeat Joe Biden, and will be sworn in as President of the United States of America in January 2025,” she continued.

On Tuesday, Trump was fingerprinted in New York but did not have a mug shot taken. After the booking was complete, Trump appeared before Judge Juan Merchan for his arraignment where he faced the 34 felony charges.

Far-left and corrupt Manhattan prosecutors revealed their frivolous details concerning Trump’s 34 felony charges. They accused Trump of covering up sex scandals during the 2016 presidential campaign, falsifying business records in the first degree.

Assistant Manhattan district attorney Chris Connolly claimed in court that Trump falsifying business records undermined the integrity of the 2016 presidential election.

Far-left District Attorney Alvin Bragg could face up to five years in prison if he is responsible for leaking Trump’s frivolous indictment.

Leaking grand jury testimony is a Class E felony under New York state law and carries a prison sentence between one and five years.

“A Class E felony charge is considered more serious than a misdemeanor charge, and as such carries a potentially longer jail sentence. While a Class A misdemeanor in New York carries a sentence of up to 364 days, a Class E felony can result in a sentence of between one year and five years,” according to The Law Offices of Julie Rendelman.

Trump’s campaign announced on Sunday that after he flies back from New York to Palm Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, Trump is set to deliver remarks about his experience from his Mar-A-Lago club.

Bragg, who has been exposed as being funded by a group supported by far-left billionaire George Soros, was able to get a Manhattan grand jury to vote to indict Trump last Thursday. The Color of Change PAC, the “nation’s largest online racial justice organization”, which was given $1 million in May 2021 from Soros, gave $1 million to Bragg but later pulled back half of their donation.

Further proving corruption and an unfair disadvantage for Trump, the judge overseeing Trump’s case, Judge Merchan, has been exposed to connections to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and many other high-profile Democrats.

It has been revealed Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is the president and a partner of “Authentic Campaigns,” a company that works for Democrat candidates and worked on the Biden/Harris 2020 campaign.

Also on Tuesday, April 4, Adult film “star” Stormy Daniels lost another case against Trump in the 9th Circuit Court where Trump was awarded $121,962 in her attorney fees.

On March 2022, Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $300,000 after losing a defamation case against him. However, on Thursday, a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict President Trump over a $130,000 payment to Daniels made by his former lawyer and now-convicted liar, Michael Cohen.

This makes Trump the first American president to ever face criminal charges.
