WATCH: Elon Musk Regrets Voting For Joe Biden, Wishes For A 'Normal Human Being As President'

On Tuesday, Elon Musk spoke with CNBC host David Faber following a Tesla shareholders meeting, where they discussed several different topics. The topic of President Joe Biden was brought up in the discussion, and the Tesla CEO did not have positive comments to share about the Democrat.

In the interview, Faber brought up the upcoming 2024 presidential election, mentioning how former President Donald Trump is now unbanned from Twitter, and eventually asked Musk if he believed the 2020 election was rigged in favor of Joe Biden. 

The billionaire responded, “Well, I think the answer is nuanced. Do I believe Biden won? Yes, I believe he won.”

The CNBC host then asked, “And you voted for him?” The Twitter owner answered, “I did, actually.”

Faber questioned Musk’s decision, asking whether the former richest man alive regretted his decision. 

“I mean, man, I wish we could just have a normal human being as president. That’s what I want,” the Tesla CEO stated. “If we, you know, there’s an old saying of, we’re better off being wronged by people picked at random from the phone book than the faculty of Harvard. I don’t know who said that, but it was somebody very wise. I would say, if we could do that for the president, that would be great.”

The host said “Obviously you’re not happy with Biden,” in response to Musk’s remarks on the mentally decaying president. The billionaire answered with the question “Don’t we all just want a normal human being?”

“Some of these executive abilities are underrated. Since the president is the executive office of the country, it actually matters if they are the executive officer,” continuing with his negative comments about the president. “It’s not simply a matter of do they share your beliefs but are they good at getting things done. There’s a lot of decisions that need to be made every day. Many of them are unrelated to moral beliefs. And you just want a good executive, the CEO of America.”

It’s clear that Musk isn’t too happy with President Biden but it seems neither is much of America. Biden is currently sitting at record-low approval per Politico, with 56 percent not happy with the work the command-in-chief is doing. Many are also voicing concern over Biden’s ability to serve another term with his declining mental sharpness.

Musk’s comments seem to simply reflect the opinion of many Americans. It’s hard to call a man so mentally unfit ‘normal.’ When the man running our nation struggles to form a coherent thought, it reflects quite negatively on the nation as a whole.
