'Enough Talk': Andy Biggs Takes Action After Document Alleging Biden's Bribery Scheme Is Uncovered - 'He Should Be Impeached'

On Thursday, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) joined Fox News' Maria Bartiromo to discuss recent revelations in Biden's bribery scandal thanks to the FBI being forced to handover FD-1023, a memo written by an informant that documents President Biden's corrupt activity.

When asked what the end goal of the investigation into the 80-year-old Democrat is, Rep. Biggs explained that impeachment is absolutely on the table.

"He would need to be impeached," Biggs began. "And then once he is impeached, hopefully, there would be some Democrats in the Senate that would recognize how grave the situation is and encourage him to resign like Goldwater did to Nixon."

"But once he is out of there, he would have to be indicted because this is gross criminal misconduct and some would even suggest treasonous," the Republican lawmaker explained. "But I'm holding my tongue on that just yet."

"But we have to find out how extensive this was and then we have to take action," he demanded. "Enough talk. Talk is talk."

"But if we produce this evidence that's starting to pile up. By the way, there is so much evidence, it's voluminous," Biggs said about the ongoing investigation by the House Oversight Committee. "It's taking everything we have with our staff to go through this but as this piles up, if it is consistent with where the direction seems to be headed, he should be impeached."

"And the Democrats can not defend him with the lies that we heard earlier this week. They are going to have to come to grips with this thing," he added.

FD-1023 allegedly shows that then-Vice President Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from Ukraine in exchange for potential policy changes pushed by Biden. Making matters worse for the aging Democrat, his son Hunter was currently employed by the Ukrainian company Burisma HOldings during the same period that the bribe allegedly took place.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) explained that the document, which he has seen, contains damning evidence of Biden's wrongdoing.

"Yes, it is Ukraine," he said when asked about where the money originated. "This form 1023 involves a business person from Ukraine, who allegedly sent a bribe, a substantial bribe to then Vice President Joe Biden." When asked whether this alleged scheme involved Hunter's employment at Bursima Holdings, which dealt in energy, the chairman said, “I probably better punt on that question. The name was redacted."

It is clear that Biden utilized his political power for personal gain and if the Hosue Oversight Committee is able to determine what he did was an impeachable offense, then they should take action to hold the president accountable for his actions.
