A political action committee (PAC) released an advertisement Tuesday that highlights Pennsylvania Democratic candidate Janelle Stelson’s support for amnesty for illegal migrants and the costs to taxpayers that would come with it, the Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.
The Win It Back PAC (WIB PAC) launched the ad ahead of the Nov. 5 election between Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Scott Perry and Stelson — rated as a toss up by Cook Political Report as of Oct. 18. The ad, titled “Chef,” portrays Stelson as a “world-renowned” chef and liberal, serving tax credits, social security and healthcare to illegals at the expense of the Pennsylvania taxpayer.
“Five-star reviews, a tasting menu to die for and a world-renowned chef: liberal Janelle Stelson,” the video says. “But the hottest restaurant in town is only for illegal aliens, and Pennsylvanians foot the bill.”

Stelson pledged her support for amnesty for some illegal immigrants during a March 27 interview, with the WIB PAC ad noting the policy would result in Pennsylvanians’ tax dollars going to government benefits for non-citizens.
“Tax credits for illegals, social security for illegals and the main course: gold-plated healthcare — compliments of the chef Janelle Stelson,” the video states. “Way too liberal and too expensive for Pennsylvania.”
Stelson reportedly outraised Perry by a massive $2.85 million to $900,000 in the last fundraising quarter. The candidates, super PACs and Washington-based political committees had poured over $14 million into the race as of Oct. 17.
Roughly 8.5 million migrant encounters occurred along the U.S.-Mexico border during the four fiscal years of the Biden-Harris administration, compared to approximately 3 million under former President Donald Trump. The National Border Patrol Council — a union representing about 18,000 Border patrol agents across the country — endorsed Trump during a campaign rally in Prescott Valley, Arizona, on Oct. 13.
The Stelson campaign didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
