Far-Left Journalists Call for Violence and Harassment Against Pro-Lifers on Twitter

The Roe v. Wade leak has continued to add to the well-documented belief that the Left has become increasingly unhinged. Caroline Reilly, a reporter for the Rewire News Group bluntly called for harassment and violence against pro-lifers on Twitter.

This tweet came shortly after it was reported that the headquarters of a pro-life group in Madison, Wisconsin, was the victim of attempted arson and vandalism. The perpetrators threw a Molotov cocktail at the building and the graffiti read “if abortions aren’t safe then you aren’t either.”

Miss Reilly’s tweet read, “more of this. May these people never know a moment of peace or safety until they rot in the ground.” Shortly after it was posted, the account was deleted or removed.

Luckily, journalist Andy Ngô took screenshots of the unhinged reply before it was removed.

The scary part about this situation is that the unhinged opinion expressed by Miss Reilly is not an isolated instance. Last week, a Boulder Catholic Church was vandalized overnight with spray paint reading “My body my choice,” “Keep your religion off our bodies,” and “Abortion Saves Lives.” Red paint also covered the bronze statue of Mary and Jesus at the church – a clear indication both motherhood and children are under attack.

According to the New York Post, officers have been instructed to increase their patrols around Catholic churches in New York in order to deter vandals and combat “violent pro-choice protests or other chaotic incidents.”

Outside another church, pro-life activists held the line against the horde of pro-murder activists.

These are just three instances that represent a nationwide trend to attack the Catholic Church for its staunch anti-murder stance and any other pro-life individuals or organizations.

The Biden Administration’s Jen Psaki released a tweet claiming that the President does not support any form of protest that includes threats, violence, or vandalism.

If only that were the view of the mainstream Left back during the riots in the summer of 2020.

It should go without saying that nearly all people who want to secure the right to murder a child in the womb are unhinged. Supporting such a satanic proposition requires that the supporter be mentally unhinged. 

The left’s platform solely relies on positive rights and appeals to emotion. Therein lies the path to violence. When logic and common-sense cease to dictate the actions of the Left (as has been the case for decades), only violence remains as a course of action. 

A response of this magnitude to the Roe v. Wade leak should signify to anyone on the Right that the issue of pro-life v. child sacrifice must be the line in the sand. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, then conservatives must be the ones to adopt the Left’s strategy and take a mile when given an inch. There is no greater moral issue and will be nothing greater that has plagued this nation than abortion.
