Heavily Armed FBI Launch Massive 'Police State' Manhunt For January 6'er - 'The Process is the Punishment'

On Wednesday, local police and the FBI in Helmetta, New Jersey, launched an early morning raid on Gregory Yetman, a man who allegedly sprayed pepper spray on Capitol Police officers during the January 6th Capitol riot in 2021.

According to CBS News, the FBI attempted to serve an arrest warrant on Yetman during the raid. However, he fled his home and is currently on the run from the authorities. After the FBI entered the property, Yetman fled over a fence and into a wooded area behind his home to escape. Since then, police have been utilizing K9s, helicopters, and "tanks" to go after the suspect.

Yetman was charged by the FBI following a piece published by USA Today earlier this year that exposed Yetman for not having been charged for the events of January 6th. In an interview earlier this year, Yetman explained that he was at the Capitol on January 6th but that he did nothing wrong.

The mayor of the small town, Christopher Slavicek, explained that he has scared the community. "A situation like this, of course, brings heightened anxiety — it's not normal to see FBI agents and vehicles and tanks in your community," he said. "You never think something like this will happen in your own backyard."

"It was scary and I'm still, you can see, I'm on edge," one neighbor told CBS.

"I look outside, there's two guys here with assault rifles. Two over there. Two over there. They were all over the place. I walked outside a little bit. I asked the officer. He said go inside," the neighbor explained. "We didn't really know what's going on and it's scary. What's really scary is when it's in your own backyard."

"FBI manhunt and tanks for a guy who used pepper spray at police on Jan6? They don't do this for Antifa/BLM rioters or Ceasefire Now Pro-Hamas/terrorists insurrectionists or 1.8 million unknown illegal gotaways that came across our border or Epstein's client list," Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) wrote. "Only J6'ers."

"A massive FBI manhunt is underway in New Jersey for a January 6th protestor. FBI and local police are on the scene," X/Twitter user End Wokeness wrote. "If they used this much energy and effort for the people conducting real crimes in this country, we would all be safe."

Very public, daylight raids such as these are meant to draw a public reaction, a fact outlined repeatedly in Dinesh D'Souza's recent hit documentary 'Police State.'

"All for alleged crimes committed 3 years ago. Why not call him on the phone and tell him to surrender?" Steve Friend, who is featured in 'Police State,' wrote on X/Twitter. "The Process is the Punishment."
