'This Was Gross Miscarriage Of Justice': Gov. Glenn Youngkin Takes Action To Help Father Of Sexually Assaulted Young Daughter

On Sunday, Governor Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) stood behind a common sense parent who protested the coverup done by his daughter's school following a sexual assault incident against the girl, waiving away the crime that was being held against the disgruntled father. 

Youngkin made the announcement in the morning on ‘Fox News Sunday’ where he happily shared that the conviction of disorderly conduct against Scott Smith, the father, would be removed. 

"I spoke with Mr. Smith on Friday, and I had the privilege of telling Mr. Smith that I will pardon him, and we did that on Friday," the governor said. "We righted a wrong. He should've never been prosecuted here. This was a dad standing up for his daughter."

"Mr. Smith did what any father would do, what any parent would do, which is stand up for their child," Youngkin said. "This was gross miscarriage of justice."

The incident occurred back in August of 2021 when Smith lost his temper at a school board meeting over their response to his daughter being sexually assaulted. His daughter was sexually assaulted when using the bathroom at Stone Bridge High School by a biological male who is reported to have been wearing a skirt. 

"His daughter had been sexually assaulted in the bathroom of a school, and no one was doing anything about it," Youngkin said, slamming the school superintendent for attempting to “cover it up.” 

Until Governor Youngkin was elected, the incident had gone largely unresolved. Once he was in office, the politician directed his attorney general to the case where they investigated it. Upon a proper investigation, the aforementioned superintendent was removed from his position. 

The Virginia official also stated that the young man who was responsible for the incident was not handled properly, being moved to another school and once again assaulting another biological female. 

Smith’s daughter was an unfortunate case of innocent people being punished for liberal insanity. When the lines for sex and gender are so blurred that high schools find it okay for hormone-filled, biologically male teenagers to walk into a female-only space, these disgusting incidents were only a matter of time.

The very discussion of whether or not men should be allowed in female-only spaces goes to show just how far the discussion has been removed from reality. What was once such an obvious answer has become an unsolvable puzzle for the liberal brain. The simple answer has been and always will be to protect women first and not prioritize the comfort of mentally ill men who have been filled with estrogen.
