'HE IS OUT OF CONTROL': Trump OUTRAGED By The Police State's Actions In 'Peekaboo' Letitia James' Case Against Him

On Monday, leading Republican presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to blast New York Attorney General Letitia James (D-NY), who has brought a $250 million lawsuit against him for supposedly overvalueing the cost of his assets. The effort by James is yet another example of how the police state has made Trump its primary target to stop him from winning back the presidency. The upcoming Dinesh D'Souza documentary 'Police State' showcases the systematic targeting of Trump emblematic of James' lawsuit.

You can purchase tickets for the film here for showings on October 23rd and October 25th. You can also visit the documentary's official site here

The film, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer, has already sold out in a number of theaters, so be sure to get tickets before time runs out.

"In the Fake Biden Inspired Fraud Case against me, brought by the CORRUPT A.G., Letitia 'Peekaboo' James of New York State, a sadly Crime Infested Place, where people and businesses are fleeing to other States in record numbers, it is her and the highly partisan Judge, who has been overturned many times, who defrauded me and the public by valuing my assets at a fraction of what they are worth in order to try and convict me, without a trial or jury, of FRAUD," Trump wrote on Truth Social.

"She got him to Value Mar-a-Lago at $18,000,000, when it is worth 50 to 100 times that amount," he explained. "My assets are worth MUCH MORE than listed on the 100% DISCLAIMED Financial Statements, and there are NO VICTIMS, EXCEPT ME."

"We WON on Statute of Limitations, and other things, at the Appeals Court, AND THIS RADICAL LEFT, TRUMP HATING JUDGE, REFUSES TO ACCEPT THEIR DECISION," the leader of the America First movement wrote. "THIS CASE SHOULD BE DROPPED, IMMEDIATELY. IT’S AMAZING! HE IS OUT OF CONTROL, AND TOTALLY AFRAID OF PEEKABOO. A COMPLETE MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE & ELECTION INTERFERENCE!"

As outlined on policestatefilm.net, the film is set to release to theaters across America for showings on October 23 and October 25. There will also be a virtual screening later in the month, on October 27.

The film, produced by D'Souza Media LLC, focuses on the weaponization of the judicial system against conservative and Christian Americans.

"'Police State' is a movie that I never wanted to make, because I never wanted America to get to a point where a movie like this needed to be made," D'Souza says about his film on its website. "I feel like the animal that alerts the herd to approaching danger, so we can take precautionary steps before it's too late."

The documentary was made in collaboration with conservative commentator and former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino and features actor Nick Searcy.

"The police state isn't coming, it's already here," Bongino said. "The signs are everywhere. And once you recognize them, your senses will be heightened to the danger we're all in."

"The relentless persecution of political opponents by the party in power is a hallmark of totalitarian countries," Searcy added about the current state of political persecution in America. "In a police state, the only real crime is daring to question the State. America is now a police state."

The documentary includes interviews with prominent conservative leaders including Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), former Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, and others.
