He's The 'Head Of The Snake': GOP Rep. Tenney Demands Impeachment Of 'The Most Corrupt Attorney General We've Ever Had' In Bombastic Interview

On Sunday, Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) joined Maria Bartiromo on 'Sunday Morning Futures' to discuss the growing investigations into Hunter Biden and the role of Department of Justice influence on the probe into him led by U.S. District Attorney, and now Special Counsel, David Weiss.

Rep. Tenney told Bartiromo that an impeachment of Garland would be justified given that he has repeatedly shown that he is willing to flaunt his duty in order to favor the Bidens. 

"The FBI is out of control. Completely corrupt. Slow walking this Hunter Biden investigation," the lawmaker said, adding that the FBI has pushed to censor Americans on social media and the censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop story from 2020.

"We have a Department of Justice under, I think, the most corrupt attorney general we've ever had," she continued. "I call him a dirty cop, Merrick Garland, for what he's been doing."

"Not prosecuting people and allowing the investigations to go forward," Tenney explained. "I mean, we have incredible evidence in plain sight. This evidence is in plain sight. And it's not like the Nixon era where, there were some people that worked for Nixon that committed a crime, and then he covered it up."

"This is the Bidens committing crimes in plain sight and him engaged in a cover-up using the FBI and the DOJ. And they're all willing parties to this. I think they all need to go," she added.

"I've actually called for the impeachment of Merrick Garland because he's sort of the head of the snake. That will allow us to continue with the investigations," the New York Republican said. "Attorney General, who has been named as special prosecutor, Weiss should recuse himself and step down. He has already proven that he can't do this investigation. He has been a part of this phony Hunter Biden deal."

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, documents uncovered last month show the Department of Justice colluding with Weiss' investigation when responding to requests from the House Oversight and House Judicial Committees led by Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), respectively.

The DOJ's Office of Legal Counsel would, emails show, “take the lead on drafting a response" to congressional leaders who demanded more information on Weiss' actual powers to charge and investigate Hunter Biden.

Thanks to this evidence and much more like it, Tenney's assessment of AG Garland is correct. Merrick Garland has shown himself to be treating Hunter Biden with special treatment and potentially utilizing his office to the benefit of the Biden family.
