Hunter Biden Confirms President Biden Is The 'Big Guy' In $5 Million China Deal

During Hunter Biden's congressional testimony to the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday, the 54-year-old son of the sitting president admitted that his father was the infamous "big guy" that was referenced in an email found on Hunter's abandoned laptop between Hunter's former business partner James Gilliar and a Chinese energy firm.

"At one point, we asked Hunter about the 10% for the 'big guy,'" Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told Breitbart in an exclusive interview. "We showed him the email … And he said, 'Oh, that was after my father left office.'"

Hunter's admission to House Republicans is the first confirmation that his father was the 'Big Guy' mentioned in James Gilliar's 2017 email to CEFC China Energy. The president's son went on to argue that he was simply exploring whether the then-former vice president could be involved in business, given that he expected his father to leave public life. "What's wrong with having a pie-in-the-sky idea?" Hunter said in response to GOP lawmakers' questions, as reported by Breitbart.

Greene explained that the president's son repeatedly asserted that "there was no percentage for my father in the business" and that the impeachment investigation against him was unfounded. Hunter added that his former business partner "was out of his mind for even suggesting Joe Biden get involved in their joint venture."

The Biden son attempted to explain why he put his father on speakerphone more than 20 times during various business meetings over the years by saying that it was "normal" behavior. Following the hearing, lawmakers spoke to the press with Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), stating that Hunter was not a legitimate businessman. 

"It is a mirage to believe that Hunter Biden was engaged in international business. This was a bribe masquerading as an international business transaction," Gaetz said. "Hunter Biden told us that he joined the Burisma board to counter Russian aggression. I hadn't heard that one before."

Hunter Biden's appearance before the House Oversight Committee didn't do anything to dissuade Republicans from halting their impeachment investigation into the president. Chairman Comer will continue to uncover the truth about the Biden family's international dealings irrespective of how much the White House attempts to obfuscate. Hunter, who is facing nine criminal charges for tax crimes, will likely not get out of trouble scot-free.
