Hunter Biden Given Intense 'Conditions For Release' From Judge, May Lead To His Arrest

On Wednesday, Hunter Biden got hit with more bad news as new conditions of release have hit the docket, requiring the son of President Joe Biden to go through substance abuse therapy and submit to full federal supervision among other requirements.

Hunter already had gotten bad news earlier in the same day, learning that the sweetheart plea deal that was being given to him for his tax crimes and firearm charge had fallen apart, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer. The deal was canceled due to an ongoing investigation that could potentially bring another charge into the plea deal, thus delaying the judge's ability to offer anything to the first son. 

Hunter Biden’s legal team was also reeling from the potential sanctions against them over an accusation of lying to the clerk’s office to gain extra information about the IRS whistleblowers in the case, per DC Enquirer. The lawyers for Hunter were given until 9 p.m. on Wednesday to respond to the accusations against their law firm.

And things just keep tumbling downhill for Hunter, with the conditions for release outlining a whole laundry list of tasks and prerequisites for the younger Biden to abide by to avoid any potential penalties. These include not possessing a firearm, not using or possessing any controlled substances unless prescribed, submitting to full federal supervision, not drinking alcohol, seeking active employment, testing for prohibited substances, and participating in substance abuse therapy. 

If Hunter Biden fails even just a single of these requirements, he could face penalties such as an immediate issuing of an arrest warrant, revocation of release, forfeiture of the bond, and prosecution for contempt of court. 

The conditions present a serious concern for Hunter as he is known to struggle with substance abuse. Because of this, the threat of an arrest warrant being issued for using a controlled substance is a very real reality for the first son and could very soon lead to his arrest.

The past two days certainly haven’t been kind to Hunter but ultimately he is undeserving of any kindness from the courts. He and his family have actively engaged in illegal activities for who knows how long and deserve the strongest hammer of justice from the courts for it.
