Illegal Immigrant From Venezuela Charged With Raping Young Virginia Girl, Was Previously Released By Feds - 'We Pray For The Victim'

The Biden administration's open border policies have been disastrous for the country and have forced every state to become a border state, as over seven million migrants have entered the country under Biden's watch. Some of those migrants enter the country seeking to create chaos in communities nationwide, as a recent rape in Virginia proves.

A Venezuelan migrant who entered the country illegally, identified as 32-year-old Renzo Mendoza Montes, was arrested last week on two felony charges for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, specifically "carnal knowledge of a child without force" and "taking indecent liberties with a child." Local authorities revealed that Montes entered the country illegally in September 2023 in El Paso, Texas. The Venezuelan national was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after he crossed the border, but he was later released into the country. The suspect is currently being held without bond at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail.

"We are especially sensitive to the fact that these crimes involve a young juvenile who lives here within our community," Campbell County Sheriff Whit Clark said in a statement, as reported by WDBJ7. "Like any criminal investigation conducted by the Campbell County Sheriff's Office, upholding the integrity of a case is a priority for our department and the Campbell County Commonwealth's Attorney." Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) spoke out on the case, writing on X, "We pray for the victim tonight and thank the Campbell County Sheriff's Department. Let's be clear, prosecution must be to the fullest extent of the law."

A similar incident occurred in Englewood, Florida, on Monday when 25-year-old illegal immigrant Santo Felix Crus-Ramos was charged with sexual battery for allegedly raping a woman in a hotel room. A woman invited the man into her hotel room for drinks, but Ramos forced himself on her and later fled the scene. Luckily, he was captured on security footage and was later apprehended by authorities.

"Every community is a border community under Joe Biden's open border policies - including Englewood, where an illegal immigrant was recently arrested for sexual battery," Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL), who represents Englewood, wrote. "This tragic incident underscores the urgent need to address the invasion of our country through our border. Our communities deserve safety and protection, which starts with a secure border. These criminals should never be in our country to begin with."
