'I'm Speechless': CNN Host SHOCKED BY Trump's 'Historic' Performance With Key Democrat Voting Bloc

On Monday, CNN Senior Data Reporter Harry Enten revealed the historic impact that presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump is having on black voters, a key Democrat voting bloc that is essential to a re-election victory for President Joe Biden.

"I keep looking for this to change and go back to historic norms, and it simply has not yet," Enten said. "In 2020, Joe Biden was getting 86 percent of the African-American vote. Look at where it is now. It is 70 percent. That's a 16-point drop, and more than that, it is not that Joe Biden is losing ground; it is that Donald Trump is gaining ground. You go from seven percent, single digits at this point in 2020, to now 21 percent. And again, John, I keep looking for signs that this is going back to normal, and I don't see it."

"If anything, we are careening toward a historic performance for a Republican presidential candidate the likes of which we have not seen in six decades," he explained, adding that the largest share of black voters abandoning Biden are under the age of 50. "Holy cow, folks. Joe Biden was up by 80 points among this group back at this point in 2020. Look at where that margin has careened down towards. It is now just 37 points...I have never seen anything like this. I'm speechless."

"If this polling is anywhere near correct, we are looking at a historic moment right now where black voters under the age of 50, which have certainly been such a big part of the Democrat coalition, are leaving in droves," the data analyst explained. The CNN reporter then showed polling results that included independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., which showed that the Democrat incumbent's support among African-Americans falls to under 50 percent.

"If we add Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to this, look at how Joe Biden drops to less than half the vote among black voters in the battleground states. Donald Trump drops to 14 percent, so not quite as historic, but look at this: RFK with 11 percent. You basically have a legitimate three-way race here. Joe Biden was well ahead but less than 50 percent of the vote. John, I'd never thought I'd see something like this from black voters."
