Joe Biden To Ask Congress For Even More Money For COVID Vaccines As Pandemic Measures Start Returning

Joe Biden and the Democrats still aren’t done with their election-winning COVID-19 pandemic, with the president announcing on Friday that he has requested that Congress throw even more money away to develop a new coronavirus vaccine that he may or may not require the American people to take even if they are previously vaccinated. 

"I signed off this morning on a proposal we have to present to the Congress, a request for additional funding for a new vaccine that is necessary, that works," Biden told reporters on Friday while away on his vacation in Lake Tahoe, per VOA News. 

He also added that it would be “tentatively” recommended “that everybody get it” whenever the new shot is rolled out. 

The Biden administration has already announced that they would be encouraging Americans to get booster shots annually, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer. Numerous other measures are seemingly being taken by the president and his followers to bring COVID-19 back into the limelight.

This statement comes as states are beginning to report on new variants of COVID-19 and floating the idea of returning to a masking period like was previously done. As reported by CBS, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has not released any new mandates for masking but numerous schools and businesses have begun to reinstate their own policies either encouraging or forcing masking. 

Different news outlets and media channels are continuously pointing to different variants of COVID and pondering if and when masking or lockdowns would need to return. The bar seems to continuously be moving for COVID-19 as even once the pandemic is officially declared to be over, those in power seem to want to find some sort of way to levy the power that comes with fearing the disease. 

A new COVID vaccine should not even be on the list of things Joe Biden is caring for as president. When the border is a complete mess, the economy is in shambles, and just recently there’s a massive fire in Maui that has destroyed the homes of thousands, why does he care about a vaccine for COVID-19?

It may be a last-ditch effort by Biden to keep some level of influence but even that may not be the case. More than likely it’s just a continual failure by the administration to ever actually deal with genuine problems facing America, instead only addressing those that increase government power over the lives of the people.
